Part 1What the Individual Plan Includes
1. Plan Overview
1.1The Individual plan is Lewin Paro's core subscription for professionals seeking regular, practitioner-led support. It is priced at £49.99 per month (billed monthly) or £500.00 per year (equivalent to £41.67/month, billed as a single upfront payment).
1.2The Individual plan includes:
- —Full access to the Paro Resource Library;
- —Two (2) x 20-minute practitioner-led Paro Sessions per calendar month;
- —Optional practitioner check-ins between sessions;
- —Ability to submit feedback and resource requests.
1.3The Individual plan does not include 40-minute specialist sessions or the ability to select a named psychologist. These features are available on the Individual Plus plan.
Part 2Paro Sessions (20 Minutes)
2. Session Terms
2.1What is a Paro Session? A Paro session is a focused 20-minute practitioner-led session designed to address immediate, performance-related concerns. "Paro" derives from the Latin meaning "to prepare". These sessions are bespoke to Lewin Paro and are not equivalent to clinical psychotherapy.
2.2Allocation. Two Paro sessions are allocated per calendar month. Sessions do not roll over to the following month. Any unused sessions at the end of the month are forfeited.
2.3Booking. Sessions must be booked in advance through the Lewin Paro platform. We aim to offer availability within 24 hours of booking, though this may vary.
2.4Late cancellation & no-shows. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
2.5Delivery. Sessions are conducted via Kajabi video call. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, private, and confidential environment. A stable internet connection is required.
2.6Recordings. All sessions are recorded by Lewin Paro for quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance purposes. By booking a session, you consent to this recording. If you wish to make your own recording, you must notify your practitioner and obtain their express consent at the start of the session. Unauthorised recordings may result in account suspension.
2.7Practitioner standards. All practitioners hold appropriate qualifications and, where applicable, registration with a recognised professional body.
3. Check-Ins
3.1Optional check-ins are available between sessions at the discretion of your allocated practitioner. Check-ins are brief, asynchronous communications and are not substitutes for full Paro sessions.
3.2Check-in availability and response times may vary depending on practitioner schedules.
Part 3Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
4. Billing
4.1Monthly billing: £49.99 charged automatically every 30 days from your purchase date via Stripe.
4.2Annual billing: £500.00 charged as a single upfront payment. The annual billing period runs for 12 months from the purchase date.
4.3If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt one automatic retry. Access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
5. Cancellation
5.1Cooling-Off Period. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions or digital content have been accessed. If the service has been accessed, a pro-rata deduction applies.
5.2Monthly subscribers: Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain access until then and will not be charged again.
5.3Annual subscribers: Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No pro-rata refund is offered for unused months, except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances (see main Terms, Section 6.8).
5.4To cancel, use your account dashboard or email [email protected] with the subject: "Cancellation Request — [your name and account email]". We will confirm within 24 hours. No penalties or exit fees apply.
Part 4Health, Safety & Safeguarding
6. Suitability & Crisis
6.1Lewin Paro is a performance psychology service. It is not a crisis intervention, emergency mental health, or clinical treatment service. Paro Sessions are not a substitute for clinical therapy or psychiatric care.

6.3If a practitioner identifies a safeguarding concern during a session, they are professionally and legally obligated to act accordingly, which may override confidentiality in limited circumstances. See main Terms, Sections 12 and 14.
Part 5General
7. General Terms
7.1These product terms supplement the main Lewin Paro Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the main Terms take precedence.
7.2Your subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.
7.3These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
