Part 3 — Health Data & Consent Distinction
Cookies vs. health data consent — important distinction
⚕ Two Separate Consent Mechanisms
Cookie consent and health data consent are entirely separate under UK GDPR. Accepting or declining cookies on our banner has no effect whatsoever on how your burnout assessment responses are handled.
When you complete the Lewin Paro burnout assessment, you are asked to give a separate, explicit consent under UK GDPR Article 9 for the processing of your health-related responses. This consent is independent of and unaffected by your cookie preferences.
The crumb security cookie set by Squarespace when you load the assessment form is a strictly necessary cookie used purely to protect the form against fraudulent or forged submissions. It does not read, store, or transmit any of your assessment responses. Your assessment answers are processed by Squarespace only as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with Lewin Paro Ltd.

Part 4 — Third-Party Providers & Your Choices
Third-party cookies
Some cookies on our platform are set by trusted third-party processors we work with. Each operates under their own privacy and cookie policy:
