Part 1What the Performance Plan Includes

1. Plan Overview

1.1The Performance plan is Lewin Paro's higher-intensity subscription for professionals who want more frequent, practitioner-led performance support. It is priced at £79.99 per month (billed monthly), with optional 3‑month and 6‑month prepayment options available at the prices shown on your checkout page.

1.2The Performance plan includes:

—Full access to the Paro Resource Library;
—Four (4) x 20-minute practitioner-led Paro Sessions per calendar month;
—Optional periodic message check-ins between sessions;
—Ability to submit feedback and resource requests.

1.3The Performance plan provides a higher frequency of Paro Sessions than the Essential plan. The Paro Resource Library is included on both plans.

Part 2Paro Sessions (20 Minutes)

2. Session Terms

2.1What is a Paro Session? A Paro Session is a focused 20-minute practitioner-led session designed to address immediate, performance-related concerns. "Paro" derives from the Latin meaning "to prepare". These sessions are bespoke to Lewin Paro and are not equivalent to clinical psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment.

2.2Allocation. Four Paro Sessions are allocated per calendar month. Sessions do not roll over to the following month. Unused sessions at the end of the month are forfeited.

2.3Booking. Sessions must be booked in advance through the Lewin Paro platform. We aim to offer availability within 24 hours of booking, subject to practitioner schedules.

2.4Late cancellation & no-shows. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.

2.5Delivery. Sessions are conducted via Kajabi video call. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, private, and confidential environment with a stable internet connection.

2.6Recordings. All sessions are recorded by Lewin Paro for quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance purposes. By booking a session, you consent to this recording. If you wish to make your own recording, you must notify your practitioner and obtain their express consent at the start of the session. Unauthorised recordings may result in account suspension.

2.7Practitioner standards. All practitioners hold appropriate qualifications and, where applicable, registration with a recognised professional body.

3. Check-Ins

3.1Optional periodic message check-ins are available between sessions. These are asynchronous communications and are not substitutes for full Paro Sessions.

3.2Check-in availability and response times may vary depending on your practitioner's schedule.

Part 3Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

4. Billing

4.1Monthly billing: £79.99 charged automatically every 30 days from your purchase date via Stripe.

4.23‑month billing: Your chosen 3‑month prepayment amount is charged as a single upfront payment every 3 months. The price and any discount, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

4.36‑month billing: Your chosen 6‑month prepayment amount is charged as a single upfront payment every 6 months. The price and any discount, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

4.4If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt one automatic retry. Access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation

5.1Cooling-Off Period. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions or digital content have been accessed. If the service has been accessed, a pro-rata deduction applies.

5.2Monthly subscribers: Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain access until that date and will not be charged again.

5.33‑month and 6‑month subscribers: Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 3‑month or 6‑month billing period (as applicable). No pro‑rata refund is offered for unused weeks within a current period, except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances (see main Terms, Section 6.8).

5.4To cancel, use your account dashboard or email [email protected] with the subject: "Cancellation Request — [your name and account email]". We will confirm within 24 hours. No penalties or exit fees apply.

Part 4Health, Safety & Safeguarding

6. Suitability & Crisis

6.1Lewin Paro is a performance psychology service. It is not a crisis intervention, emergency mental health, or clinical treatment service. Paro Sessions are not a substitute for clinical therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care.

6.3If a practitioner identifies a safeguarding concern during a session, they are professionally and legally obligated to act accordingly, which may override confidentiality in limited circumstances. See main Terms, Sections 12 and 14.

Part 5Confidentiality

7. Confidentiality

7.1All session content and personal information shared through the Performance plan is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your use of the Service to your employer or any third party without your explicit written consent, except where safeguarding obligations apply.

7.2Full details of our confidentiality and data handling practices are set out in the main Terms (Section 12) and our Privacy Policy.

Part 6General

8. General Terms

8.1These product terms supplement the main Lewin Paro Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the main Terms take precedence.

8.2Your subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

8.3These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
