Part 1What the Individual Plus Plan Includes

1. Plan Overview

1.1The Individual Plus plan is Lewin Paro's premium subscription, designed for professionals who require deeper, more sustained specialist support. It is priced at £94.99 per month (billed monthly) or £988.00 per year (equivalent to £82.33/month, billed as a single upfront payment).

1.2The Individual Plus plan includes:

—Full access to the Paro Resource Library;
—Two (2) x 40-minute specialist sessions per calendar month;
—Optional periodic message check-ins between sessions;
—The option to select a named psychologist, subject to availability;
—Ability to submit feedback and resource requests.

1.3The Individual Plus plan replaces the 20-minute Paro sessions included on the Individual plan with 40-minute specialist sessions. The Paro Resource Library is included on both plans.

Part 2Specialist Sessions (40 Minutes)

2. Session Terms

2.1What is a Specialist Session? A 40-minute specialist session is a longer, in-depth session designed to explore performance challenges, occupational stress, and professional development in greater depth than a Paro session. These sessions are conducted by a qualified practitioner and are not equivalent to clinical psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment.

2.2Allocation. Two specialist sessions are allocated per calendar month. Sessions do not roll over to the following month. Unused sessions at the end of the month are forfeited, regardless of practitioner availability.

2.3Booking. Sessions must be booked in advance through the Lewin Paro platform. We aim to offer availability within 24 hours of booking, subject to practitioner schedules.

2.4Late cancellation & no-shows. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.

2.5Delivery. Sessions are conducted via Kajabi video call. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, private, and confidential environment with a stable internet connection.

2.6Recordings. All sessions are recorded by Lewin Paro for quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance purposes. By booking a session, you consent to this recording. If you wish to make your own recording, you must notify your practitioner and obtain their express consent at the start of the session. Unauthorised recordings may result in account suspension.

2.7Practitioner standards. All practitioners hold appropriate qualifications and, where applicable, registration with a recognised professional body.

3. Named Psychologist

3.1Individual Plus subscribers have the option to request a named psychologist for their sessions. This provides continuity of care and allows the practitioner to build a deeper understanding of your professional context over time.

3.2Named psychologist selection is subject to that practitioner's availability. If your preferred practitioner is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equivalent qualification and suitability.

3.3You may request a different alternative if the first offered is not suitable. Please note this does not extend the session allocation or waive the no-rollover policy in Section 2.2.

3.4In the event that a named practitioner becomes permanently unavailable (e.g. due to leave or departure), we will notify you promptly and work with you to identify a suitable replacement.

4. Check-Ins

4.1Optional periodic message check-ins are available between sessions. These are asynchronous communications and are not substitutes for full 40-minute sessions.

4.2Check-in availability and response times may vary depending on your practitioner's schedule.

Part 3Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

5. Billing

5.1Monthly billing: £94.99 charged automatically every 30 days from your purchase date via Stripe.

5.2Annual billing: £988.00 charged as a single upfront payment. The annual billing period runs for 12 months from the purchase date.

5.3If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt one automatic retry. Access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Cancellation

6.1Cooling-Off Period. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions or digital content have been accessed. If the service has been accessed, a pro-rata deduction applies.

6.2Monthly subscribers: Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain access until that date and will not be charged again.

6.3Annual subscribers: Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No pro-rata refund is offered for unused months, except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances (see main Terms, Section 6.8).

6.4To cancel, use your account dashboard or email [email protected] with the subject: "Cancellation Request — [your name and account email]". We will confirm within 24 hours. No penalties or exit fees apply.

Part 4Health, Safety & Safeguarding

7. Suitability & Crisis

7.1Lewin Paro is a performance psychology service. It is not a crisis intervention, emergency mental health, or clinical treatment service. Specialist sessions are not a substitute for clinical therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care.

7.3If a practitioner identifies a safeguarding concern during a session, they are professionally and legally obligated to act accordingly, which may override confidentiality in limited circumstances. See main Terms, Sections 12 and 14.

Part 5Confidentiality

8. Confidentiality

8.1All session content and personal information shared through the Individual Plus plan is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your use of the Service — including the fact that you have a named psychologist — to your employer or any third party without your explicit written consent.

8.2Full details of our confidentiality and data handling practices are set out in the main Terms (Section 12) and our Privacy Policy.

Part 6General

9. General Terms

9.1These product terms supplement the main Lewin Paro Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the main Terms take precedence.

9.2Your subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

9.3These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
