Part 1What the Membership Plan Includes

1. Plan Overview

1.1The Membership plan ("Membership") is Lewin Paro's entry-level subscription, priced at £4.99 per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe.

1.2Membership provides access to the Paro Resource Library — a curated collection of articles, tools, audio and video content, assessments, and wellbeing frameworks designed for high-performance professionals.

1.3Membership does not include any one-to-one practitioner sessions, check-ins, or the ability to select a named psychologist. These features are available on the Individual and Individual Plus plans.

1.4Membership includes the ability to submit feedback and resource requests, which may be used to shape future Library content.

Part 2Resource Library Access

2. Library Content

2.1The Paro Resource Library is accessible from the date your Membership begins and will remain accessible for as long as your subscription is active.

2.2Library content is updated on a regular basis. We do not guarantee a fixed volume or publication schedule of new content.

2.3All Library content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, republish, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

2.4Library content is for general informational and wellbeing purposes only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If you require clinical support, please consult a qualified professional.

2.5Access to the Library will cease immediately if your Membership lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated.

Part 3Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

3. Billing

3.1Your Membership is billed at £4.99 per month, charged automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase via Stripe.

3.2You authorise Lewin Paro (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on this recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

3.3If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Access may be suspended until payment is received. We will attempt one automatic retry.

4. Cancellation

4.1You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month.

4.2Cooling-Off Period. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any digital content. If content has been accessed, a pro-rata deduction may apply.

4.3To cancel during the Cooling-Off Period, email [email protected] with the subject: "Cancellation Request — [your name and account email]". We will confirm within 24 hours.

4.4No penalties or exit fees apply to cancellation at any time.

Part 4Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

5. Account & Use

5.1Your Membership is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials or provide access to any other person.

5.2You must not use the Library content for commercial purposes, training materials, or redistribution in any form.

5.3We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership without refund if we believe these Terms are being breached.

Part 5General

6. General Terms

6.1These product terms supplement the main Lewin Paro Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the main Terms take precedence.

6.2These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6.3Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
