One of our co-founders spent years as a senior FX sales broker at some of London's most demanding foreign exchange firms. The other is an experienced psychologist specialising in stress management. Together, they watched high-performing people silently struggle and saw how few got the help they deserved
The experts exist. Private therapists. EAPs. Coaches. But most people never went to them. The price was too high, the process too inconvenient, the stigma too real, and the confidence in them too low
So we built something different. A service that is convenient, run by genuine specialists, and priced so that it is actually accessible, even for people early in their career
We also know that stress is not simple. It can take hours of sessions with a traditional therapist to properly understand how it affects you, if you find a good one.
