Lewin Paro was founded in 2025 by two people who had seen what high-pressure careers do to people and decided to do something about it.
Our Vision.
One of our co-founders spent years as a senior FX sales broker at some of London's most demanding foreign exchange firms. The other is an experienced psychologist specialising in stress management. Together, they watched high-performing people silently struggle and saw how few got the help they deserved.
The experts exist. Private therapists. EAPs. Coaches. But most people never went to them. The price was too high, the process too inconvenient, the stigma too real, and the confidence in them too low.
So we built something different. A service that is convenient, run by genuine specialists, and priced so that it is actually accessible, even for people early in their career.
We also know that stress is not simple. It can take hours of sessions with a traditional therapist to properly understand how it affects you — if you find a good one. That investment of time feels enormous when you are already stretched thin. That is why we are deeply results-driven. We move fast, focus on what matters, and work hard to give you what you need as quickly as possible — so you can perform at your best at work, and actually be present outside of it.

An experienced psychologist specialising in stress management within high-performance environments. Harry brings the clinical rigour behind every session and every resource on the platform ensuring that what we offer is not just accessible, but genuinely effective for the people who need it most.
