Registration
Our practitioner is an Accredited Registered Member of the NCPS, whose register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Department of Health and Social Care's oversight framework.
Insurance
Professional indemnity, clinical negligence and public liability cover. Certificate supplied on request.
Clinical supervision
Monthly supervision with a named supervisor, as required by our register. Arrangement documented and available for inspection.
Data protection
Registered with the ICO. Data Protection Impact Assessment completed, and a Data Processing Agreement signed before any measurement begins. Survey responses are collected anonymously and never linked to an individual.
Confidentiality
Nothing an employee says in a session reaches their employer. Leadership is never told who attended. Reporting is aggregate only, with a minimum group size of five.
Risk and escalation
A written protocol for identifying and escalating risk, a safeguarding policy for adults at risk, and a documented referral pathway into NHS and higher-intensity care.
